Trip Registration Info

Mail-In Registration

Mail-In Registration is simple.  1)  Complete the enrollment form.  2)  Attach a separate check or money order for each trip you wish to enroll in or fill in the credit card information; and 3)  Mail to the Napa Valley College Upper Valley Campus, 1088 College Avenue, St. Helena, CA 94574. 

Fax-In Registration

Fax-In Registration is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  Please be sure to fax your fully completed enrollment form with credit card information. The fax number is (707) 967-2909.

Walk-In Registration

Walk-In Registration takes place at the Upper Valley Campus, 1088 College Avenue in St. Helena Monday though Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Checks will be returned and no credit card charges will be made if requested trips are already closed.  Full refunds will be issued if a trip is canceled by the college.

Refunds are granted only if the trip is filled and the reservations can be resold by the Community Education Office.  If a refund is made, the college retains a $5.00 processing fee per person.

Cross-Generational Trips

Many trips are open to children as young as 5 years of age.  Please call our office for specific information.  These trips are shown with an asterisk (*). Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
