Napa Valley College will once again enter a team in the annual AIDS Walk Napa Valley—this year the Oct. 29 walk will be back downtown! It will be a "Spooktacular" AIDS Walk.
Classes, clubs, teams, office groups, family, and friends are all invited to join the team.
Last year NVC walked away with the Best School Team award! Registration starts at 9 a.m. with the walk starting at 10 a.m. A team photo will be taken before the walk starts.
Please RSVP to bmalmgren@napavalley.edu if you would like to participate and want a college team shirt; please respond with your shirt size. We believe in recycling so if you have a team shirt from last year, that is fine to wear. Or you can do the Halloween theme! (If you raise more than $50 you will also get a shirt from the AIDS Walk).
If you can’t attend but would like to participate, donations in any amount are welcomed to support the NVC team’s effort! Checks can be made to Aids Walk Napa Valley (with “NVC Team” noted) and sent to Community Relations.
The goal is to raise funds and awareness while having fun.
