If you are requesting an evaluation of credits for coursework completed at another accredited institution, you will need to meet with a counselor for a preliminary transcript evaluation. Bring in an official, sealed copy of your college transcript. The Counselor will review your completed coursework and forward it to our Transcript Evaluator in Admissions and Records. Please allow 8-10 weeks for completion. Official transcripts sent directly to Admissions and Records will not be evaluated without the student meeting with a Counselor and requesting the evaluation for the transfer of credits towards a specific degree or program. Transcripts with coursework completed prior to 1994 must be accompanied by either a detailed course description, or ideally, a course syllabus.
Are you a new student planning for the Summer Session or Fall Semester?
1) Apply online
2) Complete an in-person English and Math Placement Test at the Testing and Tutoring Center. Student testing is completed on a drop-in basis; no prior appointment is needed. For sample assessments and testing hours please refer to the Testing and Tutoring website.
3) Complete an online-orientation (Click here for the Online Orientation Link). View the video online on our website and contact the Counseling Office for a printed copy of the quiz (the link to take the quiz at the end of the Orientation Video is currently not working)
4) Submit official transcripts for coursework completed at other colleges and universities - bring your sealed transcripts to your meeting with a Counselor.
